History of 100 rue de l'UniversitÉ
The west end of Rue de l'Université and rue de Lille (former Rue de Bourbon) was a yard in the 18th century where wood floating from the Seine and the Yonne rivers would be stored.
In the early 18th, Antoine-Guillaume Duvelleroy, heir to an important wood dealer, decided to build smal rental villas, including those located at the 98 and 100 rue de l'université.
The mansion built by Duvelleroy at 1000 rue de l'Université, where our firm is located, is of a Louis XV style.
