Olivier Metzner has been a criminal defence attorney since 1975. First acting in the field of ordinary criminal defence, he was among the very first to act in business criminal law in the late 1980s (Cogedim and Urba cases).
He has trial experience before numerous Courts (Cours d'Assises, criminal Courts, Courts of Appeal), specialized Courts (military Tribunal), before independant authorities and watchdogs (Financial Markets Authority) and professional disciplinary bodies.Hes has been acting for clients in France and before foreign Courts (Italy, Spain, Germany, Philippines...).
