Emmanuel Marsigny has been acting as a criminal law counsel for corporations and individuals since 1995 in criminal cases both in France and in foreign jurisdictions (European Union, Africa, South America).
His area of expertise covers all the fields of white collar crime (financial, stock markets, environmental or related to State affairs) and of general criminal law (very serious offences).
